We are based in Berkshire meaning we are ideally situated to work in London and the South of England, and this is where we carry out the majority of our work.

Whilst we work on large contracts in the commercial and industrial sectors we are, at heart, a family run business who value fantastic customer service. We pride ourselves on being able to build long-term business relationships and we have high levels of customer retention because of this.
Our Team
We employ a direct labour force of experienced, dedicated, and certified electricians who we make sure are kept up to date with all relevant training and support them to expand their knowledge.
We take pride in our workforce and employ at least 1 apprentice a year. We are proud that we have trained a large number of highly skilled, dedicated electricians.
Ian Curtis
Managing Director
Ian has worked in electrical contracting for over 50 years and has a wealth of experience across the construction industry. Having worked in multiple positions both on the installation and organisational aspects of the industry he formed Emprose in 1999.
Ian is responsible for the overall oversight of the running of Emprose, steering the strategic direction of our work, liaising with clients, and forging new professional relationships while continuing to strengthen existing relationships.
Ryan Curtis
Contracts Director
Ryan has walked in electrical contracting for over 20 years, joining as an apprentice and working on all site-based tasks before moving into a management role.
Ryan is responsible for the smooth running of our live projects, from site set-up to practical completion. Ryan works with Project Managers and client representatives to deliver high specification installations on time to help bring our client’s dreams to fruition.
Dave Pearton
Services Director
Dave has worked in electrical contracting for 14 years. He is responsible for the initial tendering process, working with the estimating team to ensure all client’s requirements are met at design stage. Dave is also responsible for onsite compliance and post completion management and documentation.
Dave works closely with our suppliers, building close relationships, to ensure we provide the best products available within the scope of our client’s needs and where necessary can offer a value engineering service.
Natalie Pearton
Policy & Procedure Manager
Natalie has worked for Emprose for 3 years and has worked in the fields of policy, strategy, and research for over 16 years.
She is responsible for overseeing Emprose’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety and Human Resources. She is also responsible for over-seeing Emprose’s Communications and Quality Management systems.
